Everything you see on display each day is made from scratch beginning at 2:00 am in our kitchen bake house. Our bakers and chefs have over 50 years combined experience in the industry, so we have a wealth of knowledge. We create handmade fresh food using the freshest ingredients which are locally sourced .

Traditional methods - 36 hours for our sourdough

All meat comes from famous  Milton Meats one kilometre up the road.

  • Orphans' Cup Coffee

    We source our coffee directly from farmers in Maubisse Timor Leste. All our arabica beans are Fair Trade and Organic Certified.

    When they arrive Australia they are expertly roasted at The Orphanage Roastry Goulburn. Orphans Cup is our own registered charity. All profits from the coffee sold are used by the charity to support vulnerable women and children in Goulburn (the Open Heart Cottages) and development in Quelicai Timor Leste
